Your calendar

See your assigned hunts on a monthly calendar, color-coded by booking status, alongside the dates you've blocked off as unavailable.

The calendar shows your assigned hunts by month, color-coded by booking status (confirmed, deposit-paid, pending) along with any dates you've blocked off.

Below the calendar you'll see this month's hunts with client names and status, and your blocked dates. Use Availability to add or remove blocked dates.

Subscribe (top right) gives you a private, read-only calendar URL to paste into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It carries only the hunts you're on — the ones you're the guide for, plus any days you're assigned — and updates on your calendar app's own schedule. Rotate the URL if you ever share it by mistake; Revoke turns it off.
