Your season checklist
Open each link your outfitter lists and tick the statement once per season — your acknowledgement is kept with the date and time.
Your outfitter can list links every guide must read before the season — regulations, area maps, anything for their jurisdiction. When there is something to acknowledge, a banner on My Hunts takes you to the Season checklist at the top of My Profile.
- Open each link. The tick box stays greyed out until you have opened it.
- Read it, then tick the statement confirming you have opened, read and understood it for this season.
- The item shows Acknowledged with the date. There is nothing else to submit.
Seasons run from March 15 to March 14, so you acknowledge each item once per season, not every January. Your outfitter keeps a record of each acknowledgement: your name, the date and time, and the exact text you were shown.
