Your free trial and how billing works
What the 14-day trial includes, what happens when it ends, and how to subscribe.
Every new outfit starts on a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get hands-on time with the platform before deciding on a plan.
When your trial ends
As your trial nears its end you'll get reminder emails. If you don't choose a plan, your workspace is paused (suspended) rather than deleted — your data stays safe. Pick a plan from the billing area to reactivate immediately.
Subscribing
- Open Billing from your dashboard.
- Choose the plan that fits your outfit.
- Enter payment details to start your subscription.
Nothing is charged during your trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. You're only billed once you actively choose a plan.
