Give your housekeeper a turnover list
Invite a housekeeper, and they get a list of every room or cabin emptying out, who's arriving next and how many, plus cleaning tasks you assign in one click.
The turnover list shows every room, cabin or house that empties out over the next two weeks and who's coming in behind them. It's built from your lodging assignments, so a rescheduled or cancelled booking changes it on its own. You can give a housekeeper their own login that opens straight to it.
The housekeeper role and turnover list are on the Business plan. They use the rooms and cabins you set up in Lodging, so set those up first.
What's on the turnover list
- Each unit being vacated, with its checkout day.
- The next group on that unit: check-in date and headcount.
- The empty nights in between. When there are none, the row says same-day turnover.
- Any notes on the stay, and the booking code.
Cancelled, no-show and on-hold bookings are left off. You'll find the same list under Lodging → Turnover, with a link to each booking.
Assign a cleaning task
- Open Lodging and click Turnover.
- On the row you want cleaned, click Create cleaning task and pick a housekeeper (if you have none yet, you can pick from your other field staff).
- The task is created as a Camp Task named “Turn over” plus the unit's name, due on the checkout day, with the next check-in and headcount in its description. The assignee gets an email and an in-app notification.
- The row then shows Task created, and Cleaned once the task is marked done. Clicking the button again won't create a duplicate.
Add a housekeeper
- From Housekeepers in the CRM section of the left nav: Add Housekeeper puts someone on your roster without sending an email, and Invite Housekeeper sends them a login. You can resend the invite or edit their details from their page.
- From Settings → Team: invite someone as a Housekeeper, or give an existing team member the role with Also a housekeeper (for example a cook who also turns over the cabins).
Housekeepers get their own invitation email describing the housekeeping portal, and the link is good for 7 days.
What a housekeeper can and can't see
A housekeeper's menu is Housekeeping (the turnover list), Camp Tasks and Expenses. They can complete the camp tasks assigned to them and log their own expenses. On the turnover list they see client names only, never phone numbers, email addresses or other contact details. They can't open booking checklists, trip packets or other guide pages.
