Filing a harvest report

File a compliance form at the kill site — species, hunter, time, GPS, and the evidence photos — with or without signal.

Open Harvest from your nav and tap New Report. File one for every animal taken: what was shot, who shot it, when and where, plus the evidence photos your outfit's compliance checklist requires.

What the form asks for

  • Species / animal and the hunter who shot it — both required.
  • Date and time of the harvest — required.
  • Location: tap Capture my location for a GPS fix, or type the latitude and longitude by hand if the fix won't come.
  • The booking, optionally — link the report to the hunt it belongs to.
  • Evidence photos: cut tag, head / sex evidence, and skin on (minimum one inch). You can attach additional animal photos too.
  • Notes — tag details, area, conditions, anything the outfitter should know.

Missing a photo doesn't have to stop you — the form says which evidence photos are outstanding and still lets you submit, so you can file at the kill site and add the rest later.

No signal at the kill site is fine. Every submission is written to your device first and sent when you're back in coverage — the report and each photo carry their own reference, so nothing is lost and nothing is filed twice. Filed and still-queued reports both show on the Harvest page.

Harvest reports are part of the outfit's compliance record, so file at the kill site while the details and the tag are in front of you rather than back at camp. Reporting is tied to the guide role — if you're on the crew as a cook, Harvest won't appear in your nav and there's nothing for you to file.
