Your outfitter can post reference documents for the whole team to carry — permits, maps, standard procedures. Find them on My Documents, under the files from your organization.
The same list is available to every guide, current and new — nobody has to be individually handed a file. Expired documents stay visible rather than disappearing, since an expired permit in your hand still beats having none if you're asked for it in the field; the expiry badge is what should get it renewed.
