The client portal: what your hunters see
Give hunters a branded place to complete documents, see their trip, and more.
Every hunter gets access to a portal branded to your outfit. It's where they complete what you need from them before the hunt and find the details of their trip.
What hunters can do
- Complete and sign required documents (waivers, declarations).
- Fill out their profile once and reuse it — including across multiple outfitters on the platform.
- See trip details, packing lists, menus, and travel information.
- View the photo gallery from their hunt.
A hunter's shared profile data is reused across outfitters they're booked with, but each outfit only sees its own relationship data (booking status, internal notes, per-trip details).
