Who your emails come from, and where replies go

Hunt Outfitter sends your booking, payment, and document emails on your behalf. When a client or guide hits Reply, it goes to your contact email.

Booking confirmations, payment reminders and receipts, document notices, trip packets, hunt reminders, and invitations are sent from noreply@huntoutfitter.app on your behalf, with your outfit's name in the email. Replies don't go to that address. They go to you.

Where replies land

  • Your contact email: Settings → Organization card → Edit → Email. Set this to the inbox you want clients and guides to reach.
  • If that field is blank, replies go to the account owner's email instead.
  • A reply arrives as a normal email in that inbox, and you answer it from there.

If someone else on your team handles client questions, put a shared inbox (for example info@ or bookings@ at your domain) in the Email field, so replies don't land in one person's personal inbox.

What isn't replied to you

Sign-in links, password resets, and Hunt Outfitter's own billing and account notices come from Hunt Outfitter itself, not from your outfit. Emails about a text message someone sent you can't be replied to either; open the conversation in Hunt Outfitter to answer by text.
