Documents, smart forms, and e-signatures
Build reusable waiver and form templates, collect e-signatures, and let hunters upload required documents.
Every outfit has paperwork — waivers, liability releases, contracts, license attestations. Set them up once as reusable templates, then collect signatures in each hunter's portal instead of chasing paper.
Form templates
Build your documents on the Forms page and reuse them across hunts. Configure the fields hunters fill in and the consents or signatures you need on each one.
Smart forms
On Pro, smart forms auto-fill what Hunt Outfitter already knows — the hunter's name, their hunt, and the dates — so they confirm details rather than retype them. Fewer errors, faster signing.

What hunters do
Hunters review and e-sign right in their portal, and upload documents you require — like a hunting license — without printing or scanning. See “Reviewing and signing documents” in the hunter help for their side.
