Not every client wants to log into a portal, and not every guide has signal at camp. Trip sheets and trip packets give you a paper and email fallback that carries the same information.

Trip sheet

A one-page, printable summary of a booking — dates, hunt type, guide, key details — meant to be handed to a client or kept with a guide's gear.

Email Trip Packet

Send the full packet by email in one send: the trip summary plus printable copies of the client's documents — unsigned ones to print, sign, and bring; signed ones for their own records. It's the option for a client who can't or won't use the portal.
