Payment schedules and deposits

Set deposits and structured payments that bill at the right time automatically.

Payment schedules break a hunt's total into structured payments — a deposit, a year-before payment, a year-of payment, and so on — defined per hunt type.

How it works

When you create a booking, its payments are generated from the hunt type's schedule. Each payment has its own due date, and your hunters get reminders as those dates approach.

Tracking what's owed

Accounts-receivable aging groups outstanding payments into buckets (for example current, 30, 60, 90 days) so you can see at a glance who owes what and how overdue it is.
