Routine follow-ups are easy to forget when you're busy guiding. On Pro, Hunt Outfitter sends them for you — so clients stay informed and deposits come in on time without you watching a calendar.
Automated reminders are a Pro feature. On Basic you can still message clients manually. See current plans and pricing at huntoutfitter.app/pricing.
What gets sent automatically
- Booking confirmations when a hunt is booked.
- Payment reminders as deposits and balances come due — and when they're overdue.
- Hunt reminders in the run-up to the trip.
Channels
Reminders go out by email and in-app, plus SMS for hunters who've opted in (see “SMS messaging and consent”). You can always message a client by hand on any plan — Pro just automates the routine ones.
