Send an immediate answer to everyone who submits your website's lead form — drawn from your own FAQ.
Automatic reply sends an immediate response to anyone who submits a lead form on your site, so nobody sits waiting while you're in the field. The reply's answer comes from FAQ entries you've already written, so it reflects your own operation rather than a generic template.
Automatic reply is off by default. Nothing is sent until you turn it on.
Turn it on
- Go to Leads → Automatic reply.
- Write (or confirm) the subject and message.
- Make sure you have at least one active FAQ entry — the reply draws its answer from there.
- Turn it on.
