Nurture sequences send a series of follow-up messages to leads automatically, on a schedule you define. This is a Business-plan feature.
How it works
- Create a sequence and add steps, each with its own delay and message.
- Enroll leads individually, or enroll everyone attached to an event (handy after a trade show).
- The sequence sends each step on schedule and stops automatically when a lead replies or reaches a terminal status.
When a lead replies, the reply is captured on the lead's timeline, your team is notified, and you can respond directly — the whole back-and-forth stays tracked in Hunt Outfitter.
Sequences are channel-ready for SMS as well as email. SMS steps send once text messaging is enabled for your outfit and the lead has given SMS consent — see the SMS messaging article.
