Repeat clients are the best clients — and the booking where they come back is the moment to show them they're known. Client trip intelligence pulls each client's history together and surfaces it right where you already work, with nothing extra to fill in.

Where it appears

• Booking detail — when a client has booked before, a returning-client callout shows their booking count, last hunt, outcome, and rating at the top of the page.
• Client detail — a “Know your client” card sums up preferences, companions, and payment behavior, above a trip-by-trip timeline with dates, guides, outcomes, ratings, and field-note excerpts.
• Guide portal — guides get a compact recall panel on the hunt's notes page, so the guide in camp knows the client's history too.

What feeds it

Everything you already record: bookings and their outcomes, harvest records, client feedback and ratings, payment timing, and your guides' field notes. The more complete your records, the sharper the recall.

Privacy

Guides see structured facts plus the content of their own notes — other guides' private notes stay owner/admin-only. Clients never see any of this in their portal.
