Export your clients as a file your phone or address book can import — so a client's name shows up when they call.
Contacts for your phone exports your client list as a file you import into your own address book — Google Contacts, Outlook, or your iPhone or Mac — so a client's name and org show up on your screen when they call, instead of just a number.
Where to find it
Open Data Export. Pick the format for wherever you're importing to: iPhone/Mac/Google (vCard), Google Contacts (CSV), or Outlook (CSV).
This is a one-time file, not a live sync. Nothing updates automatically after you import it — re-download and re-import whenever your client list changes.
Full set, or just what's new
- Full set — every client. May create duplicates alongside contacts you've already saved by hand; Google and Apple both offer a "merge duplicates" tool if that happens.
- New or changed since last export — available after your first export. Won't re-include contacts you already have, but won't remove anyone who was deleted either — run a Full export occasionally to catch those.
Phone-contact export is on the Solo, Pro, Business, and Elite plans, and requires an owner or admin.
