Every field note your guides log can carry structured detail — the day's weather condition and temperature, wildlife sightings by species, whether the day produced a harvest, and safety flags. Field report insights aggregates all of it across your organization, so you see patterns instead of reading notes one at a time.

What you'll see

• Success by conditions — which weather your harvest days actually happen in.
• Sightings by species — what your guides are seeing and how activity is trending.
• Activity by hunt area — which areas are producing notes, sightings, and success.
• Safety flags — notes flagged as safety concerns, with a resolve workflow so nothing gets lost between seasons.
• Recent client-performance excerpts from your guides' notes.

Unlocking insights

Insights unlock once your organization has logged 25 field notes — below that, a small sample would mislead more than it informs. Until then, the tab shows your progress toward unlocking, so your guides' logging habit has a visible payoff from day one.

Where to find it

Open Field Notes from your dashboard and switch to the Insights tab. The tab is available to owners and admins.

Privacy

Aggregates include notes guides have marked private — owners and admins can see those in the dashboard already. Clients never see field notes or anything derived from them.
