A hunt doesn't end when the animal is down — there's processing, taxidermy, and getting the meat and mount back to the hunter. Harvest tracking records what was taken and follows it all the way to delivery, so nothing gets lost between the field and the front door.

What you record

• The hunter and booking it belongs to, so harvest is tied to the trip.
• A status that moves as the meat and mount are handled.

The status workflow

Each harvest moves through a simple workflow — from taken, through processing and taxidermy, to ready for pickup or shipping, and finally delivered. You always know what stage each animal is at and who's waiting on it.

Open Harvest from your dashboard. Entries link back to the booking and hunter they belong to.

Wildlife transfer records (British Columbia)

British Columbia outfitters can record a wildlife transfer from a harvest report — who received the meat, hide or head, when and where — with the animal's sex and WMU pre-filled from the guide's report — and print or email it to the partner as a record of receipt that travels with the wildlife. If the report is linked to a booking, the transfer can also start the Harvest Tracking record for you, and sending the record to the partner marks it Partner Notified.
