Public self-service booking & payment

Let hunters book a hunt and pay a deposit themselves from a public page on your subdomain.

Self-service booking gives you a public page at your-outfit.huntoutfitter.app/book where a hunter picks a hunt and dates, enters their details, and pays a deposit by card — all on their own. A real booking and a deposit invoice are created automatically, so it lands in your dashboard like any other booking, not as a lead to triage. This is a Pro-plan feature.

How it works

  1. A hunter opens your booking page, chooses a hunt and dates within an open season, and enters their party size and contact details.
  2. Pricing (including the deposit) is calculated on our side from your hunt's configuration — the hunter can't change it.
  3. They pay the deposit through Stripe Checkout; the booking is confirmed automatically once the deposit clears.
  4. If a checkout is abandoned, the held booking is released automatically so it doesn't clutter your dashboard.

Card deposits require Stripe Connect to be set up for your outfit. Outfits without it still get the page, but it creates a no-charge booking request instead of taking payment.

You control whether the page is live. Turn it on or off under Settings → Organization, and grab the shareable link there or on the Integrations page to add it to your website, social bios, or email signature.

Self-service booking is available on the Pro and Business plans. On Basic, the booking page stays closed until you upgrade.
