Booking a hunting party (groups that hunt together)
Group hunters who book together — a family or a group of friends — so they're managed as one party.
When several hunters book together — siblings, a group of friends, a father and son — you can link them into a hunting party. Their bookings travel together so you can coordinate dates, guides, and details as a group instead of one hunter at a time.
What a party gives you
- Related hunters managed together, with a note that applies to the whole group.
- N-on-1 support — party members can share a guide on overlapping dates.
- A one-payer option through the public self-service widget, where one person books and pays for the group.
How it works
When you create or edit a booking, attach it to a hunting party to link it with the others. Add new members to the same party as more of the group books.
Party size is the number of hunters in the group — it's separate from your guiding ratio, which is set by the package (how many hunters share one guide).
