Season checklist for guides
List the links every guide must open and acknowledge once per season — regulations, statutes, area maps — and keep a record of each acknowledgement.
On the Guides page, next to Season checklist for guides, choose Set up and add your first item: a title, a link, and an optional note. Nothing is pre-filled — add the links for your own jurisdiction. Until you add an item, guides see nothing.
Each guide sees the list at the top of their profile, with a reminder on their home screen while anything is outstanding. They open each link and tick a statement confirming they have read it for the season. Seasons run from March 15 to March 14, so a fall hunt and the winter hunts after New Year are one season, and one acknowledgement.
Each acknowledgement is kept as a record of exactly what the guide saw — the title, link and statement — with their name, the date and time, and the device it came from. Editing an item later changes what guides see from then on, never what was already acknowledged. Items can be archived but not deleted.
While you have at least one active item, the guide list shows a checklist column with how many items each guide has acknowledged this season. Open a guide to see Season acknowledgements: where they stand this season, and every acknowledgement they have made for you, including items you have since archived. Print that page to keep a paper copy.
